Welcome to the London Borough of Bexley's MyView Self Service facility.
The way you sign in has changed - If you have an email address ending in 'bexley.gov.uk' or 'lecb.ac.uk' you should be able to just click on 'Single sign on' to access your MyView account, if you have not, then you'll need to click on 'MyView' and sign in as normal with your Username and Password.
If your email address in the HR system does not match the one held in Bexley's directory, then it will not work. You will need to ring us on 020 3045 4339 to get them matching or alternatively you sign in using your username and password as normal by clicking on 'MyView'.
MyView is a 'real-time' window into the Council's fully integrated HR system and therefore covers all of our current and previous workforce, from temporary agency workers to permanent staff and pensioners.
The data that can be seen or amended will depend upon your 'profile' i.e whether you are an employee, temporary worker, manager or pensioner. Leavers are still able to access some data on a 'view only' basis.
To log into this site, you will need your username, which is your employee number and a password which you will have received by e-mail, when your record was first created and which you will then need to maintain yourself. MyView user guides are available and give full details of the sign in process and password formats along with screen shots.
Once it appears on your phone, you simply need to open the app, type lbb (in lower case) in the verification code field, and press verify.
You will need to input your username and password the first time but, after that, if you have other ways of unlocking your phone enabled such as fingerprint recognition, you will be able to use them to log into the app.

As an example of our aims to continually increase the level of accessibility, in each ResourceLink version upgrade, significant changes to further improve the contrast levels across the full MyView application will continue. We are unable to provide precise timescales for full compliance as this will be shaped in conjunction with other development priorities and feedback from our customer base.
