New Users should e-mail myview@wrexham.gov.uk from the e-mail address you want to use with your account. This could be a work or personal e-mail. Please quote your employee number and request a MyView Account.
Once you are notified your account is available you click on "forgotten your password?" (just below the green sign in button). You will be prompted to enter your employee number and your date of birth, then click on [reset my account]. An e-mail will then be sent to your nominated e-mail address. You must log back into MyView using this newly generated password within 20 minutes or else the password will expire. You will then be prompted to change this temporary password and set the answers to 3 security questions.
