G05 £22,369 - £23,194 pro rata (£11.59 - £12.02 per hour)
Wrexham Council
is committed to providing high quality, Social Care services to ensure the best
outcomes for adults, children and young people. We want to ensure continuation
of services to the most vulnerable in the community and are working hard to utilise
resources during challenging times.
We are looking
for motivated, considerate Support Workers to support the delivery of Social
Care Services on a sessional basis in Homecare / Reablement, Community Living
Services and Residential Care settings. We can offer you a supportive
induction, access to management support and a experienced team of colleagues.
Sessional work
is ideal for experienced Support Workers, Students studying Social Care or
Social Work and those who wish to return to Social Care during a time when
COVID19 is placing more demand on services.
All posts are
subject to DBS and Social Care Wales Registration
Sessional Work
is offered on an ‘as and when’ basis therefore although we cannot guarantee
your hours, you are equally not obliged to take the work offered. This is not a
zero hours contract and you are not restricted from working with any other
organisation.
