37.5 hours & 24/7 on call rota

MST is a family and home based treatment built upon the philosophy that the most effective and ethical route to help children and young people is through supporting their families and striving to change how children and young people function at home, at school, and in the neighbourhood.  This role will support families to achieve agreed outcomes through regular contact with them through the week including home visits and other meetings.

 We are looking for people that are educated to degree level in a relevant field and that fits within the MST model.  The appointed post holder will receive an initial 6 day Multi Systemic Therapy specialist Orientation training (delivered remotely)

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable. An enhanced DBS & Social Council for Wales registration is required for this position.  If required by the relevant professional body

Successful candidates will have to commit an on-call rota, which ensures that we are offering a commitment to families 24/7.  Remuneration for these on call duties will be offered inline with the Council’s policy and is in addition to the salary indicated.
