G04 £18,933 - £19,312 per annum

1 x 37 hours per week 

The post will be located within the Single Point of Access Team, Adult Social Care Department (which comprises of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Social Care Assessors and Third Sector agencies) and is based in Redwither Tower, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham.   

The post-holder will provide a frontline service which involves contact with the public, service users, families, carers, and other professionals and organisations by telephone, email, letter and face to face if required.

The post holder will gather information to ensure accurate and appropriate referrals/ enquiries to the team, provide basic information and advice and accurately record all information on the appropriate departmental systems.

You should have evidence of experience in the use of IT and Microsoft packages, e.g. Word and Excel but most importantly possess excellent verbal, written, numerical, communication and organisational skills.
