G09/G10 £30,984 - £37,568 per annum
We are looking for dynamic practitioners who
understand the needs of looked after children. We want practitioners who are
able to build relationships with children, carers and birth families. We want
practitioners who understand the need for children who are looked after to know
their history and their journey into care. We want practitioners who advocate
for children and their families and who will continually assess the need for
the child to remain looked after.
In return you will have a good standard of
supervision, training and a manageable caseload, you will be part of an
innovative service which encourages creativity and development of
practitioners. You will be able to work in an agile way and we be supported to
develop your practice.
