G05 £21,968 - £22,777 per annum (pro-rata) + enhancements for unsociable hours

Our homecare/ reablement night support service are looking for people like you. 

The ideal candidate will appreciate the differences in others and strive to deliver a person-centred service. They will work well as part of a team and on their own initiative; and be able to follow plans and break down barriers to ensure outcomes are achieved. They will be flexible in their approach and committed to making a positive difference

This valuable services covers the whole of the county borough, proving care and support to vulnerable adults, between the hours of 9 pm till 7.30 am, over a 7 days per week linking with our wider services immediate care, reablement service and for long term support.

           Pool cars are provided for staff to drive, which are equipped with a tracking system for additional staff safety, therefore you must hold a current full driving licence.

Due to the nature of the person we supports requirements at this time, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post to be filled by female staff.

An Enhanced DBS check & Social Care Wales registration is required for this position.
