our Housing Estate team at Wrexham Council and you will join a team that takes

The role of a Housing Estate Maintenance /
Caretaker is varied and exciting and can be very rewarding. You will be
responsible for ensuring safety within our communities by identifying potential
hazards such as accumulations of rubbish in communal areas and disposing of it,
whilst keeping our estates looking great too. You will also be required to
carry out handyman duties for our estate staff and tenants. The ideal candidate
will be self-sufficient and able to work effectively and efficiently
unsupervised. You must hold a full UK driving license and hold the relevant
qualifications set out in the job description.
You’ll
