An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the newly formed Community Wellbeing Team based in Crown Buildings, Wrexham town centre.

The team specialise in supporting citizens suffering with mild to moderate mental health needs, and for those diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health needs where social factors are affecting their everyday life. The team work in close collaboration with the individual and their carers/family and in partnership with colleagues in both statutory and third sector agencies across the Wrexham Borough.

Experience of working within a mental health service is desirable but not essential for G09 posts, as the successful candidate will be part of an experienced and supportive team.

Relevant experience of working with individuals with mental health needs is essential for G10 posts as it will be expected that the successful candidate holds a more complex case load.
