The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Head Teacher for our unique school. We currently have 380 pupils and nearly 90 staff, within 13 mainstream classes and 5 Resourced Provisions.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an excellent teacher
• Be someone who can show they have made a positive impact on the quality of teaching, learning and leadership across their current school
• Be keen to drive teaching and learning further across the whole school, in line with the new curriculum
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• Be someone who will work collaboratively with a large committed team of staff and governors, parents and with the wider community
• Be someone that is looking to further develop strong leadership qualities and management experience
