Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced individual to the post of ‘Road Safety Officer’.  

The post-holder will deliver on the aims and objectives for Road Safety and Casualty reduction in the County Borough.  They will work with colleagues and partners to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and develop / support local, regional and national campaigns and priorities. 

The successful candidate will use data and other evidence to inform the development of road safety projects and interventions, including communication campaigns, educational programmes and physical infrastructure changes.  They will be responsible for developing funding bids and completing a range of reports.
