G08 - £29,439 - £32,020 per annum
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and pro-active
individual to join our IT and Rent Accounting Team. You will be responsible for assisting in the
delivery of the Housing IT, system administration and rent accounting services
for the department, ensuring the smooth running of business critical systems.
As the main point of contact for technical queries, you will
possess expert knowledge of housing systems, providing support for colleagues
and tenants, ensuring staff are trained in using systems and be responsible for
supervising a team, deputising for the Housing Systems Team Leader as required.
The department has an annual rent roll
in excess of £50,000,000. In addition to ensuring the integrity, accuracy and
security of system data in accordance with GDPR legislation you will be
responsible for managing access rights to information systems for staff,
colleagues and customers.
You will take a lead role in IT development projects, liaising
with managers and front line staff to ensure the systems meet the business
needs, researching and testing upgrades before implementation, and ensuring
best practice is implemented and business procedures are reviewed and improved.
This is an exciting opportunity to underpin and support the
smooth running of the all the housing management systems and income management
for the department.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this position.
