G06 £24,054 - £25,409

The primary duties of the post will be processing benefit claims and dealing with reported changes of circumstances of customers, along with dealing with customer enquiries by phone or in writing.

Previous experience of processing Housing Benefit & Council Tax Claims and knowledge of Benefit Regulations is essential for this role. Applications should have excellent IT skills and knowledge of the Northgate system would be helpful
