G08 £29,439 - £32,020 per annum

As a Housing Options Officer you will be part of the Housing Options Team based at Lampbit Street, Wrexham. You will be required to conduct assessments with those presenting as homeless and determine their homeless status, paying due regard to the relevant legislation and code of guidance. You will have experience working in Homeless, Housing or a relevant field. 

You will have the ability to effectively engage with vulnerable people and have empathy with the problems facing homeless people. 

You will report directly to the Housing Options Team Leader
