G10 £36,298 - £39,493 per annum
An exciting and new opportunity has been created in response to the emerging Welsh Governments Ending Homelessness agenda working within the Housing Department.
We are looking to recruit a Rapid Rehousing Transition Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge, can be flexible with innovation and the ability to work within a fast paced and vibrant ever changing environment.
As the Rapid Rehousing Transition Coordinator you will be responsible for leading on the development and implementation of the Councils Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan with responsibility for responding effectively to Welsh Governments homeless transformation agenda.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with key stakeholders both internal and external to identify areas
for improvement and work in partnership in order to support Rapid Rehousing,
homelessness prevention and tenancy sustainment.
You will report directly to the Housing Support and Local Lettings Lead but be able to work independently and represent the Council at a Local, Regional and National level when required.
