£35,411 per annum
We are looking
for an enthusiastic experienced Area Building Control Surveyor with specialist
knowledge of all Building Control associated legislation including relevant
fire safety knowledge to join our well established respected professional team.
You will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent
interpersonal & communication skills working to tight deadlines with good
negotiation skills.
You are
required to liaise with members of the public, agents & developers during
the design & construction processes and have a high level of professional
ability in a wide range of building control areas.
You will be
working in a flexible manner both office and agile home working essential so
you will need to possess good organisational & administrative skills and
computer literacy is essential.
