We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified candidate to train Streetscene operatives to carry out and supervise manual works on the public highway and other Council owned land; provide training for all waste and recycling operatives and drivers; and undertake Workforce Competency audits to ensure that a high level of training is maintained.
The successful candidate must be an NPORS accredited instructor with previous experience in a maintenance organisation or in civil engineering/grounds maintenance/waste management/Crematorium maintenance/cemetery maintenance.
