G07 £30,559 - £32,115 per annum
The Housing Department are now working towards delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023, this is an exciting post that focuses on a wide range of works within the Council’s housing stock. As a Clerk of Works, you will work as part of a team that deliver various programmes which contribute to achieving this standard and Housing legislative requirements.
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that works completed on site, comply with approved documents, with a ‘can do’ approach in the delivery of major capital programmes to, deliver on our aim to provide the best possible service to our Contract Holders. The post holder will also be involved in delivering regulatory obligations.
The role will work closely with the Programme Manager to achieve the best for the Contract Holders of Wrexham. It is an exciting opportunity to assist in driving the service forward.
