Technician (VSP) – Apprenticeships & EPA (Hastings)
37 Hours / 52.14 Weeks 
Circa £23,700 FTE


Do you have skills in a construction trade and a desire to help others learn and succeed? Do you want to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can make a difference?


We are looking for a Technician (VSP) to join our team and support our apprentice delivery and End Point Assessments (EPAs). You will be working with apprentices who are learning practical skills in various subjects, such as Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing, Brickwork, and Building maintenance. You will be supporting them with:


•    Setting up and looking after the tools, materials, and resources they need for their learning and EPAs.
•    Making sure the apprentices, teachers and examiners are safe and follow the rules in the workshop areas.
•    Communicating with the apprenticeship team to organise EPAs.
•    Keeping up to date with the latest changes and standards of the learning and exams


To apply for this role, you will need to have:
•    A qualification in a technical or practical subject
•    Experience of working as a technician in any setting
•    An interest and awareness of the learning and exam process for apprentices
•    Excellent communication and people skills
•    A flexible and positive attitude to work
