Can you inspire and guide our students to make informed career choices and develop the skills and aspirations they need for successful progression into further study and work? 


Our new Careers and Employability team provide specialist support alongside curriculum teams to ensure students can develop their employability skills, participate in meaningful work experiences, and understand the wealth of career pathways available to them. 
Opportunities for training including the level 6 Careers Guidance qualification.

Station Plaza Campus, Hastings  


Post 1        Service Industries, Business, Sport and Health (Full time, full year post)             
Post 2        Creative Industries (Term Time Only – 30 Hours, 38 Weeks) 


As a Careers & Employability Sector Lead, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate their career journeys and develop valuable employability skills. Successful candidates will need to be able to engage with and motivate students in a range of activities, including UCAS application and work placement support. 

This post is subject to a DBS check.
