Student Advisor - Admissions

Eastbourne – 21 Hours per Week / 52.14 Weeks (Term Time Only considered)

Salary Circa £23,700. 

We require a highly motivated, customer focused Student Advisor to join our Admissions team.  With excellent customer service and communication skills, you will work directly with applicants, parents, and external organisations to provide comprehensive information and advice on our range of courses, dealing with enquiries in-person, by email and telephone.   

With responsibility for processing a high volume of applications and enrolments, you will need strong administrative and digital skills, and be able to work independently and with attention to detail.  

Flexibility in this role is required as there are several recruitment events throughout the year, approximately six of which will involve working into the early evening.  

This post is subject to a DBS check.
