Learner Support Assistant (Inclusive Learning)
Hastings – 35 & 17.5 hour contracts available / 36 Weeks
Salary Circa £23,700 FTE – Will be pro rata’d based on Hours & Weeks Worked.
September 2024 Starts Considered.

We are seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our team and help us to provide a wide range of student support services at our Hastings Campuses.

What are we looking for? 


Whilst desirable, experience in an education setting is not everything!  In fact, this is an excellent way to start your career in education and build the experience you need.  We know that if you have the motivation and desire to learn, and the want to empower others, you already have the foundations of an outstanding Student Support Team member.  
What will you be doing? 
·   Supporting our young people in a classroom setting and during breaktime activities 
·   Implementing a student’s support plan and safety assessment 
·   Working within a team of friendly multidisciplinary professionals across the college to support our students 
·   Help track the progress of individuals and reporting to the teacher and/or parents at review meetings
