We are looking for a driven and experienced business development professional to join our diverse and vibrant college. This exciting role will be an important part of the team driving further growth and income to the college group, which operates across five main sites in East Sussex. 

This role will report directly to Head of Business Development and will support a range of activities for example, apprenticeships, T-Levels and other commercial activities. You will play an active role internally and externally, linking the commercial and external worlds to the curriculum intent and helping to support and shape our college offer to the needs of the communities we serve. 

The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales, business development marketing or a related field, ideally with experience of meeting and exceeding financial targets, either in Further Education or commercial industries. 

You will be a key role in the business development team, working with colleagues to enhance our offer and ensure East Sussex college is first choice for training and education in our local communities and beyond. 

This post is subject to a DBS check.
