A new post has been created to ‘bridge’ across our Housing Advice/ Homelessness
and Substance Misuse Services. The
successful postholder will work with a small yet complex group of clients that
require assertive outreach and support in order to sustain their tenancies and
engage in substance misuse treatment services.
You will be flexible, innovative, creative and tenacious in your work. You will have experience of working in a substance misuse/ recovery service and understand risks associated with addictive behaviours.
Most importantly you will be a good team player, prepared to go the extra mile in order to make a real difference to vulnerable people’s lives.
