The Ideal candidate will be competent in working with colleagues in a co-operative way have the ability to promote team working and will be required to deal with telephone enquiries from other professionals and members of the public. It is essential that you have an ability to communicate effectively and have experience of multi –disciplinary working
The ideal candidate will be competent in developing and operating office administration systems with recent experience in office administration with good administrative skills, you will have proven experience of developing, maintaining and inputting information on electronic based systems in order to provide timely management information. You will also be able to demonstrate sound analytical skills and effective decision-making within the appropriate timescales and will demonstrate a person-centred approach and the ability to deal in a tactful and sensitive manner with people who access our services.
The ideal candidate must have NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, or evidence of this standard, be competent in the use of Word and Excel and have the proven ability to learn new systems. You will have effective organizational skills and a flexible approach to meeting workload pressures and deadlines.
You will receive regular supervision, will be well supported and have opportunities in respect of your career development.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously known as the CRB).
