This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic professional to lead the Family Hubs Transformation Programme for Hartlepool Borough Council.  You will be working with a dedicated, motivated and ambitious Children’s Services leadership team to transform the Council’s early help services, which includes the 0-19 Child Health Programme, into a seamless integrated Family Hubs model built around and in partnership with our children, young people and families.

The postholder will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of the delivery plan in accordance with the Department for Education’s requirements and ensuring the model meets the needs of children, young people and families. 

The postholder will work with the Children’s Services Leadership team to add capacity to deliver an ambitious and relationship based offer and be accountable to the Hartlepool Children’s Strategic Partnership.

We are looking for someone with experience and expertise in developing and delivering service improvement projects and has excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.  You will have a proven track record of delivering major change programmes and a commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.
