Children& Joint Commissioning Services have vacancies for 2 support workers within the Through Care Team, to work with children and young people in our care and care leavers their families and carers. The team provides a comprehensive social work and PA service for the young people and children that we support and we want to recruit highly motivated, passionate people to enhance the service that we provide.

Our most recent Ofsted ILAC inspection and focused visit judged us as outstanding for services to Children In Our Care. We are currently working a hybrid model allowing staff to work in the office and at home. You should possess a minimum of a NVQ 2 in a relevant area or equivalent.
