Hartlepool Borough Councils Community Hubs have gone through an exciting period of change and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us drive forward our next chapter and ensure we meet the needs of the local community.
Working across all of our Hubs, the successful applicants will provide technical support to the community within our Fab Lab, ensuring they are able to use digital fabrication technology to explore, create, make and share using. The applicant will therefore have exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting the local community.
The post holder will work with the Fab Lab Coordinator to develop an inclusive offer of workshops, events and training to enable access to and increase use of the Fab Lab. They will develop good relationships with service users, local groups, schools, artists and partners.
Working across all of our Hubs, the successful applicant will support with the delivery of a range of activities to children, young people and adults, whilst ensuring specialised equipment is well maintained and appropriate stock levels are maintained.
