Hartlepool Family Placement service are seeking to appoint a Team Manager to support the Head of Service in implementing the vision, strategic and core values of the service and broader department and to provide a clear sense of direction, optimism and purpose across the service.
Hartlepool are looking for a qualified team manager with excellent leadership skills who also has knowledge and experience around fostering. Hartlepool are looking for a manager with passion, enthusiasm, drive and commitment. The candidate will ensure Hartlepool Foster and Support Lodgings Carers are provided with a high level of support to ensure that our children in and leaving our care, are cared for and about and are given the best chances in life.
