This is an exciting opportunity to manage dynamic change in information and IT systems and processes for adult social care and community based services.
The workload of the Senior Performance & Information Analyst is extremely varied and requires someone with a proactive, innovative approach. You will work in a Supportive environment with a focus on learning and improvement with opportunities for hybrid working
The role will focus on continuous improvement and positive change to systems to ensure data users are able to work more efficiently and in turn supporting them to provide the best quality care and support to the people of Hartlepool.
A business intelligence approach to understanding performance and how data can influence change is key to the role. Previous experience of leading projects to implement new systems, processes or key changes will be an advantage
