We are seeking a Targeted Youth Support Worker with experience of engaging and working with vulnerable young people to deliver structured developmental opportunities to achieve positive changes for young people whether on a one to one basis or in groups. We are looking for a motivated, well organised and committed person who has a passion for and experience in supporting young people.
