Band 6 £23,893 - £24,294 per annum

Fixed Term until 31 December 2025

37 hours per week

Hartlepool Borough Council is looking to employ a hardworking administration assistant who is energetic, flexible and eager to support the local Family Hub offer, which incorporates Early Language Support for Every Child (ELSEC) in Hartlepool. Is this you?

This post could be for you, if you are qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.  Having knowledge of the use of SystmOne would be beneficial in supporting Speech and Language Assistants.


Do you have good communication and organisational skills and are you able to use your own initiative? Are you responsible and prepared to work across a number of buildings? If yes, you may be the person we’re looking for!  


As an administrative assistant you will support Speech and Language Assistants as part of the Early Help offer in Hartlepool.  For example arranging appointments / rotas, minute taking, accurate data entry and data reports.  You will be expected to deal with enquiries from colleagues and parents, while delivering a high standard of customer service in a range of settings.
