Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking to appoint a Marketing Officer to join the Council’s Communications and Marketing Team.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, creative and highly motivated to support with a range of marketing campaigns as well as play a key role in the delivery of strategic communications and marketing projects.
In return we can offer you a supportive environment where you can develop your marketing skills. This is an entry-level role for someone looking for a career in marketing.
The successful applicant for this role will spend 50% of their time working with the Council’s Jobs and Skills service to deliver a range of engaging and exciting marketing campaigns to drive help increase student recruitment numbers and raise awareness of community learning in Hartlepool.
The remaining 50% of this role will be spent on supporting the delivery of a new council website, supporting with the Council’s brand refresh, launch of a new staff intranet and internal communications strategy.
You will play a crucial role within the Communications and Marketing team as it undergoes a period of transformation with a number of exciting projects in the pipeline.
