Band 7 £24,702 - £25,979 pa
Fixed Term 6 month contract
37 hours per week

The post holder will work as part of a small team within the Shared Services Division which is responsible for ensuring that all required payments to the Council’s creditors, employees, members and others are made accurately and promptly.
Key tasks include the creation and maintenance of payment accounts, registration of creditor invoices and other documents, the processing of payment runs and dealing with both internal and external queries.
The role involves working with internal staff across all departments of Hartlepool Borough Council and liaison with employees from Cleveland Fire Authority (CFA), Schools, other client companies and members of the public, as required.
