The successful candidate will have experience in managing the day to day functions of the service and overseeing staff including an ecologist and the Allotment Service. You will hold a degree, or have an equivalent qualification, in horticulture or a related subject, and will be able to demonstrate experience of managing parks, local nature reserves or open spaces. An excellent communicator you will be used to working with a wide range of stakeholders and be a confident leader who can build successfulrelationships with other Council Teams, residents, voluntary organisations and businesses.
