Working under the principles and values of Community Led Support, the Community Navigator role will work within the Support Hub. We are the first point of contact service for Adult Services.
The first contact focuses on having good, strength based, solution focused conversations with people that centre on improving their outcomes, reducing isolation, empowering them to make effective choices and exploring opportunities and activities.
