We are looking to appoint a support officer to support the administrative functions across the Community Hubs, including the management of room bookings.

 

The successful candidate will use their excellent organisational skills to support them in managing room bookings, including hire correspondence, diary management, booking agreements and invoicing. They will also work closely with the Service Officer (Service Development & Engagement) to promote room hire opportunities across the service.

 

Working between Community Hubs Central and South, the post holder will support the Hubs team to complete administrative functions, including arranging meetings and minute taking as appropriate, completing financial processes such as raising purchase orders and cashing up.

 

The successful candidate will also work, when required, on front of house service points, supporting the day-to-day aspects of Hub and library work.
