Band 6 £23,893.00 - £24,294 per annum pro rata

We are seeking a Gallery Operations Officer to join our team ensuring the smooth daily operations of Hartlepool Art Gallery. This role involves supervising staff and volunteers, maintaining the building, supporting bookings and hires, complying with security and health and safety protocols. Responsibilities include contractor management, box office and stock control, financial tasks, and serving as Duty Manager. Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
This post is subject to a rota that may change according to business needs.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Hartlepool Art Gallery supporting the Senior Gallery Operations Officer and developing our digital systems.
