Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Strategic Development Manager in project coordination and administration, including grant funding and financial processes.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for contractors, architects, and project staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, attend site meetings, and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Contribute to grant applications, progress reports, and post-completion activities such as project evaluations and promoting the project.
- Represent the project at required events.
- Support the delivery of the Activity Plan where required.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating complex projects.
- Is able to maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Has strong communication skills and can effectively liaise with contractors, funders, and museum staff.
- Has an eye for detail and a passion for supporting heritage and cultural development.
This is a fixed term contract till November 2025 with the possibility of extension to 2029 subject to further funding.
