If you are an experienced administrator who has supported committees/meetings with the production of agendas, the preparation and publication of minutes and giving procedural advice on compliance with the democratic process in local government, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.
You will be directly responsible for the administration of several Committees and related bodies (including School Appeals Panels) and the provision of support, research and project work across the department. You will also be responsible for the provision of information, support and advice to Councillors, officers and the public.
You should be confident in your ability to work effectively on your own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines and your organisation and presentation skills should be second to none!
