Band 9-10 £30,559.00 - £36,124.00 per annum

The Health, Safety & Risk Team provide advice to Council departments and schools within Hartlepool. The team are involved in a wide range of safety and well being initiatives, from pro-active auditing and training, to undertaking incident investigations.

We are currently looking for a Health and Safety Adviser to join the team.

 

As a Health and Safety Adviser you will:

 

·       Act as competent person as required by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999

·       Provide a health and safety advisory service, which supports, enables and regulates internal H&S performance  

·       Provide assistance to develop, organise and deliver internal training courses on health and safety-related subjects.

If you have previous safety experience, good communication skills and a successful track record of helping to improve safety performance, we would like to hear from you.
