Band 8 £27,711.00 - £29,093.00 per annum
Fixed Term to 31/03/2026
37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a Family Hub Navigator to support parents, carers and young people in Hartlepool’s Family Hubs. You will be the first point of contact for families wanting to access support from the Family Hubs, helping them to access the right support at the right time.
You will work in a strengths based, relationship focused way to build resilience in families and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Key Relationships:
Based in the Family Hubs, the post-holder will support access to appropriate services and help to reduce inequalities within the Hartlepool populations with:
Local Authority managers and staff
People who use family hubs and children’s services
Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) groups
