The construction section are seeking to recruit experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our Mechanical team.
The candidates must have a formal plumbing qualification gained through an industry recognized route with the following gas qualifications CCN1, HTR1, WAT1, CEN1 and be willing to train further.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, successful team responsible for mechanical services installation, maintenance, call out response & repair to mechanical /gas installations within domestic and commercial properties.
General Responsibilities:
Undertake maintenance tasks; call out response & repair of all types of gas heating & plumbing.
Undertake mechanical services installations.
Efficiently maintain and repair plant/equipment.
To carry out diagnostics / fault finding.
To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
To understand & comply with Council policies and procedures
To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
To comply with all Health and Safety legislation and Council policies and procedures
To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as require
