Support Officer required to provide a flexible and responsive administrative support service to contribute to the effective management of the Workforce Development and Quality Review Team.

The post will take responsibility for specific administrative functions including providing administrative support to officers within the team, taking telephone calls, room bookings, diary enquiries/entries; and supporting the workforce development function including monitoring the in-box, booking training and updating training records. The post will also support the administrative function of the Quality and Review Team.

You will be a member of the Workforce Development Team reporting through the Development Officer and Workforce Development Manager, providing a support service with a particular focus on the training aspect and review functions of the team. This includes arranging meetings, booking rooms, taking minutes, maintaining records and making sure systems are kept updated.
