DIRECT CARE AND SUPPORT TEAM
HOME CARE WORKER REF: SR-101633
Band 6 £25,183.00 - £25,584.00 per annum (pro-rata) plus 7.5% flexible payment

You will be working alongside people in their own homes providing personal, social and practical support. You will also get the opportunity to support people with digital technology.
Training is provided, updated, and refreshed at a very high standard In line with Care Quality Commission Regulation 18. You will be provided with a tunic with logo, plus the choice of t-shirt/polo shirt. Full PPE is also provided in line with Health and Safety requirements.
Experience of working with adults is preferable but not essential but you will need to be person centered and be able to demonstrate working as part of a team.
You will need to work flexibly as the service offers support to people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
