Band 10 – 12 (dependent on experience) £33,366 - £43,693 pa

Hartlepool Borough Council employ over 2000 people in a wide variety of roles across different services.  The OD Team works with managers to drive service improvements through a range of developments to match your skills set and interest.  This includes a current focus on workforce planning, strategic recruitment, EDI, wellbeing and engagement, supporting apprentices and system developments.  This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and skills working on a multitude of projects.   

You will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 in HR / OD, ideally with a business partner background in private or public sector.  You will be a confident and credible practitioner to coach and develop managers’ people practices across the Council.
