FOSTERING TEAM SOCIAL WORKER                                                                            REF: 102132

Band 10 – 12   £33,366- £43,693 per annum 

3 x Full Time Permanent 

 

We are looking to recruit qualified 3 Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly fostering team. We offer very well supported and manageablecaseloads. The successful applicant will need to have experience in the recruitment, assessment, and support of foster carers. You will have knowledge of Fostering legislation, procedure, and compliance. You will be child focused. We will offer manageable caseloads to ensure you can provide bespoke support to foster carers, excellent training opportunities to further develop your practice and you will be part of a well-established, dedicated and motivated team.

We have embedded the Secure Base Model into our practice and we ensure all new members of staff undertake training to allow them to confidently use the model. Children Services in Hartlepool priorities the wellbeing of staff through manageable caseloads, a highly supportive and visible management team, an excellent staff wellbeing at work offer and a very positive culture of support and development.

We are currently working a hybrid model allowing staff to work in the office and at home. You should possess a social work qualification at a degree or diploma level (or equivalent).
