Band 6 £25,183.00 - £25,584.00 per annum
Permanent contract
3x 20 hour posts
These posts are subject to safer recruitment measures.
Applicants for these permanent posts will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable adults in their own home. They will be expected to respond to Telecare alerts and support individuals with personal care, falls and health concerns.
We are looking for applicants who have experience of working with vulnerable adults, are person centered and can demonstrate they can work as part of a team to meet an individual’s needs. You will need to work flexible as the service also offers support to people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Training is provided, updated, and refreshed at a very high standard In line with Care Quality Commission reg 18.
Hartlepool Borough Council Home care uniform tunic with logo provided plus choice of t-shirt/polo shirt. Full PPE provided in line with health and safety of the department.
