Human Resources Apprentice
Location: Birmingham, B16/ Home working
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract length: Fixed term for 18 months
Salary: £14,359 per annum

What will you be doing?
As a Human Resources Apprentice you will work within the HR Team, whilst developing through a structured training programme the skills, knowledge and experience to perform your role and begin a career in HR.
Your role will assist the People and Strategy department in delivering their administrative HR commitments, in line with the organisation’s policies and agreed practises.
Within the role, you will work towards your CIPD level 3 with time of work to study for your qualification.
There are two opportunities to join us in this role, working alongside our current Human Resources Apprentice.
What do you need?
• Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C (Level 4) including Maths and English, or equivalent experience (essential)
• A-Level Education (desirable)
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook) (essential)
• Experience of working in an administrative environment (desirable)
• A willingness to attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
• Great customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Be able to work effectively as a team
