The role

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Senior Performance Analyst to join our Asset Management team, based at our Head Office in Birmingham. 

The role is full-time, 35 hours a week and we are happy to talk flexible working. 
In this role you will take a leading role the effective management and monitoring of Asset Management performance, ensuring the effective management of departmental data, budgets, and key business objectives, identifying and investigating areas of risk or concern.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• Experience of designing and developing business management processes to ensure the robust scrutiny and reporting of performance.  
• Experience of collating complex sources of data, managing, monitoring and reporting of information.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills and the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
• Highly skilled in data analysis, with ability to present results of data analytics to others, highlighting trends and key points.
• Knowledge and understanding of software and data packages.
• Financial management and budgetary control techniques.
